Aryan khan son of bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan has landed into a legal trouble after being involved in a recent drug case. On 3rd of October, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided a rave party on a Mumbai to Goa cruise ship and detained 8 people including Aryan Khan his friend Arbaaz Merchant.
The trio will be remanded by NCB custody till October 7. Aryan was charged with drug consumption while the other two were charged for possession. NCB had said that ‘shocking, incriminating material’ was found on Aryan’s phone.
Aryan's lawyer Satish Maneshinde has been trying to get a bail for his client. He alleged that Aryan has no connection with the organisers of the party and whoever supplied the controlled substances since he was invited as a guest. Furthermore, no contraband was found on Aryan's person which is going to work in his favor.
Soon after the raid, Aryan's phone was reportedly confiscated by NCB for investigation. Lawyer Maneshinde is going to file a bail application on Monday as soon as the remand period ends.
