Simbu to host Bigg Boss 5?

On Sunday, Kamal Haasan made is official that he is withdrawing as host from 'Bigg Boss Ultimate' due to date issues with his film 'Vikram' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. He promised to be back for 'Bigg Boss 6'.



Sources says that Vijay TV is in serious talks with actor Simbu to host Bigg Boss 5 Tamil.  Simbu, who has given a comeback to the cinema with his blockbuster hit movie 'Maanaadu' directed by Venkat Prabhu , agrees to host weekend shows, it is sure to give a huge TRP boost.

Simbu  has completed 'Vendhu Thanindhadhu Kaadu' directed by Gautham Menon. He is set to shoot 'Pathu Thala' costarring Gautham Karthik and 'Corona Kumar' directed by Gokul from the first week of March. It is reported that he will be hosting 'Bigg Boss Ultimate' in his own unique style. We will have to wait and see the comparisons between Simbu and Kamal play out as the show goes on.
